Five Star Mechanical specializes in commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, service, construction and Five Star Excellence.

Locally owned and operated by the Ware family since 1999.  Gerald L. Ware Sr. had over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry when he started Five Star Mechanical with his family. The Ware family began Five Star Mechanical with the vision of creating a company to support our customers, the families of Five Star, and our community.

The five stars in our logo represent excellence, quality, and superior service. They also represent the five founding members of the Ware family: Gerald Sr., Jeanne, Gerald Jr. (aka Bud), John, and Angela (Allen) Ware, as well as what our family stands for: unity, integrity, and equitability (dealing fairly and equally with all concerned).

Gerald Sr. was a man of integrity and touched many lives. After his untimely death in November 2001 the remaining family members made a commitment to keep the dream alive.

We are all working together to make Five Star Mechanical the best heating, ventilation, and air conditioning Company in the Puget Sound area. We do not want to be the biggest, just the best!
