HVAC Maintenance & Service

Since your HVAC system can account up to 50% of your energy usage, it pays to improve its efficiency by maintaining your systems performance. In addition to the best overall value for your service dollar; our customized HVAC Maintenance programs include the following benefits for our customers:

• Higher energy efficiency.  According to energy usage formulas produced by the ACT Group Inc. and used by Trane, HVAC systems that are not maintained can cost approximately 10-80% more to operate.  These formulas show equipment in the size range of typical package units (2.5-10 tons) will cost approximately $250-800.00 more per unit per year in energy bills if they are not maintained properly.  With energy bills on the rise, maintaining maximum HVAC system efficiency will more than pay for the cost of a Five Star Maintenance program.

• Comfort and peace of mind.  When your HVAC systems are maintained properly your facilities will experience far fewer unexpected HVAC system failures.  A properly maintained HVAC system improves employee comfort and efficiency, tenant safety, comfort, and occupancy. Increased occupancy and/or employee efficiency equals increased revenue all the while sustaining our local ecosystem.

• Extended HVAC system life.  If properly maintained most commercial HVAC equipment will have a typical service life of 15-20 years.  HVAC systems that are not maintained can easily have their service life cut in half, costing thousands of dollars in needless expense.

• Warranty Protection.  If your HVAC system is not maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance procedures, you could void the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Low cost HVAC repair & replacement.  When your HVAC system requires repairs, replacement, and/or additions to existing equipment (that is not covered in the Preventive Maintenance Agreement) you will receive our low preferred customer contract rates.

• Low cost Refrigeration Service.  Our customers who operate commercial/industrial refrigeration equipment and need repair, replacement, or maintenance (that is not already covered in the Preventive Maintenance Agreement) will receive our low preferred customer contract rates.
